Maria is a passionate health coach and movement expert with a background in nutrition, health, and sport science. With over 15 years of experience—including bootcamps, wellness events, group classes, and more than 4,000 one-on-one sessions—she brings both expertise and empathy to every encounter.
As a mother of two, Maria understands the real-life challenges of low energy, packed schedules, and always putting others first. Her approach is grounded, empowering, and refreshingly realistic.
Born by the sea and sailing since childhood, the ocean has always been her anchor—a place for clarity, strength, and reconnection. Maria believes in the power of conscious movement, nature, and simple habits to create sustainable, long-lasting change in women’s health and wellbeing.

With over 25 years of experience, Manuela offers deeply intuitive treatments that blend bodywork with emotional support. Empathetic and attentive, she listens through touch—tuning into the body’s posture, tension, and unspoken needs.
A Certified Expert in Ayurvedic Massage and Natural Medical Therapies, she draws on her knowledge of herbal medicine, nutrition, and aromatherapy to offer holistic care.
Her treatments support:
Neurological and motor disorders (e.g. Parkinson’s, post-operative recovery)
Emotional imbalances and stress (ADHD, anxiety, trauma, depression)
Lymphatic drainage and detox
Manuela is also a DoTerra Certified Wellness Consultant, using high-quality essential oils to enhance each session.
Her work invites deep rest, release, and reconnection—with your body, breath, and inner balance.

Vico is a certified yoga instructor with over 2,500 classes taught and six years of experience guiding people toward deeper mind-body connection. She founded Yoga with Vico in 2019 to offer a holistic approach to well-being—both on and off the mat.
Dividing her time between Copenhagen and her native La Mancha, Vico also spent two transformative years living in Tenerife, where she immersed herself in the island’s rhythms, landscapes, and local secrets. That time allowed her to get to know the island intimately—so she could design retreats rooted in authenticity, nature, and soulful connection.
This retreat is a heartfelt tribute to Tenerife’s wild beauty and healing energy. Every movement, moment, and detail is chosen with love—so you can experience the island just as she did.

The activities offered are just proposals—there’s no rush and no pressure. The day is yours to shape however you wish: whether it’s soaking up the sun, enjoying some solitude, or discovering something new.

Start your day with a functional training session with sea-kissed air – high above the shoreline on our rooftop terrace with panoramic ocean views. – overlooking the ocean, with space to move, breathe and reset.
You’ll be guided through focused exercises for core strength, mobility and posture – designed to energize, not exhaust. Suitable for all levels.
We finish with an optional dip in the sea – a refreshing way to boost your morning.
Just being is enough.
We open the retreat under the energy of the new moon—a powerful time to begin again.
We’ll begin by sharing ceremonial cacao, a sacred plant medicine known for opening the heart and deepening inner awareness. As the cacao gently settles into our system, we’ll flow into a soft, juicy yoga practice focused on the hips—our energetic center of creation and feminine power.
Together, we’ll release tension, clear stuck energy, and create space for what wants to rise.
