A NEW CONCEPT
The oasis course is a curated well-being program developed under my 7 years expertise on Health and Wellbeing. I ran 5 other previous groups and uncountable workshops. My programs combine the science based knowledge from my BA in Health Sciences and the tradition of the heritage of different cultures and their medicine plants (such as Cacao and Kava).

Cacao Ceremony
The Samoan Cacao we will drink has been fairly traded and it has positive benefits for the mind and body. Research has shown that flavanol-rich cocoa can have cognitive enhancement properties after a single administration via increasing the cerebral blood flow therefore improves focus and elevates mood. It also contains iron, magnesium, calcium, and mood-boosting neurotransmitters.
Power yoga vinyasa
Multi Level yoga class is one of the safest ways to raise your heart beat and improve your blood circulation. The movement will help to integrate them in the body. Box breathing exercise
It is also known as square breathing or four-square breathing, is a simple and effective relaxation technique that involves a specific pattern of breath control. Kava Ceremony
Directly from my trip to Samoa I could experience the relaxing and sedative effects of Kava, a beverage made from the roots of the kava plant that we will drink together before the restorative yoga practice. It gives a muscle relaxation sensation and a mild sedation. Many researchers have shown it has the potential as a treatment for anxiety disorders.
Restorative yoga
Multi Level gentle and therapeutic form of yoga that focuses on relaxation and rejuvenation. It involves the use of props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks to support the body in various postures. The primary goal of restorative yoga is to promote physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. I also took 2 classes live, one of them being yin/restorative and the props in the studio were being of so much help, I've never been more relaxed in a yoga studio before! But that's not just the props... it's all about how you, Vico, talk to us, and lead us through the poses and whatever emotional things might come up. Vico is not just a yoga instructor. She incorporates both mind and body in every class. She makes sure that the class is on your level, giving alternative options to poses and pays attention to everyone who participated at the course.
