Yoga with Vico is proud to introduce a brand new concept, called the Selfcare Oasis. A transformative journey towards self-discovery, inner peace, and personal growth. During these 6 workshops, we embark on a sacred exploration of self-care through the powerful practices of yoga, meditation, and intentional growth.
In the hustle and bustle of daily life, it’s crucial to carve out time for self-reflection and nourishment. This workshop is a sanctuary, a space where you can unplug from the external noise, reconnect with your inner essence, and foster a deeper understanding of your own being.
WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?
The Premium Mastery Package includes all 6 workshop – this also includes a deluxe goodiebag, which contains: Palo Santo, Rose quarts, chocolate and a notebook + a pen, as well as an sheet face mask and an homemade eye pillow made by Vico herself.
The 6 workshops are presented below and the dates of when they are held.
All of the workshops will take place on Saturdays from 13:00 – 15:00, at RO Terapi & Yoga, at Godthåbsvej 7, 3rd floor, 2000 Frederiksberg.
