filling you with light, warmth, and vitality.
At the center of this experience is Criollo Cacao — an exquisite, rare variety found in less than 1% of the world’s Cacao.
Hand-carried from its source in Panama, its unmatched quality brings a richness and integrity that sets this retreat apart.

Activities
This retreat is kept intentionally for a curated group to provide you with the care and attention you deserve. Our group will have a maximum of 10 women, including myself and the chef who is also a woman.
Our previous retreats filled up quickly, so we’re offering a dedicated early bird price booking window from November 18th to December 4th.
Greet the day with a grounding and expansive practice as the sun rises over the mountains. This morning class combines gentle, breath-led movement with focused breathwork to awaken the body and calm the mind. It’s an invitation to arrive fully — in yourself, in your breath, and in the quiet beauty of a new day.
No matter your level of experience, these practices offer a space to listen inward, move with intention, and welcome the day with an open heart.
This session focuses on how stress, winter fatigue, and irregular daily rhythms influence key hormones that shape women’s wellbeing — such as cortisol, serotonin, and melatonin. After drinking a dose of premium Criollo cacao, we’ll use gentle Hatha yoga to support circulation, metabolic activation, and the absorption of cacao’s natural compounds.
You will work with the Women’s Health Workbook to understand how your hormonal patterns shift throughout the day, and how small, sustainable lifestyle choices can support better energy, mood, and clarity. This circle is practical and educational, giving you a grounded understanding of how to create daily balance in a way that fits real life.
This session focuses on women’s hormonal cycles and how lifestyle, movement, and stress impact areas such as PMS, fatigue, tension in the pelvis, and emotional charge around the hips — where many women store tension.
We start with a pure Criollo cacao dose to support clarity and calm, followed by a vinyasa flow focused on hips and pelvis mobility, promoting circulation and reducing tension in the areas tied closely to reproductive and hormonal health.
Using the Women’s Health Workbook, you’ll map your own patterns — cycle phases, symptoms, stress responses — and learn practical tools for supporting hormonal balance through movement, breath, and small, sustainable habits.
This circle is grounded, educational, and empowering — not spiritual — giving women a clearer understanding of their bodies and their hormonal wellbeing.
In this women’s health workshop, Monika introduces a selection of herbs traditionally used to support hormonal balance, menstrual comfort, energy levels, and overall wellbeing. Drawing from her Slovak herbal background, she guides you through how to blend and prepare simple herbal teas and remedies you can integrate into daily life. This is a practical and grounded session designed to help women better understand their hormonal cycles and how everyday herbs can naturally support their rhythm and vitality.

Meet the chef - Monika
With eight years of culinary experience in Copenhagen and abroad, Monika has cooked across a wide range of settings — from daily meals in busy offices to tailored menus for intimate gatherings and community-focused events. Her approach is grounded in the belief that food is a form of care.
Monika cooks with whole, minimally processed ingredients, creating meals that balance taste, nutrition, and satisfaction. She embraces a philosophy where nourishment supports women’s energy, mood, and overall wellbeing — not through restriction, but through thoughtful, comforting, and flavourful food.
At this retreat, her intention is simple: to prepare meals that energise the body, soften the mind, and offer a quiet sense of being cared for.
