This payment is the DEPOSIT to secure your spot for the retreat. The total price is 5.300 dkk/person for a shared twin room or 5.500dkk/person for a shared double bed. The remaining balance is paid in two installments (September-October)

Doors open from 1st August until 12th August.

I am delighted and grateful, the classes of the week have been my moment of relaxation, of being with myself, not thinking about anything else and connecting with my body-mind. Being asthmatic I must say that it is the best thing I have tried to feel very good

When I started this course, my first objective was to connect the body with the mind and Vico's guided meditations helped me achieve this greatly. Very well designed meditations, easy to follow at any time of the day

I really liked that you explained some theory before each class. I also liked that the course was made for beginners. Sometimes the courses were a bit exhausting for me (the strength ones), so for me it would be great if the level of difficulty doesn’t get harder.

I enjoyed that we had a program for each week, so every week was different and no meditation was the same. The gift bag at the beginning was amazing, it felt good to have those small things. This really made it special.

Overall, this was a very well organised online course by Vico. Each class was well structured, starting with informative theory and background on the type of yoga and supported by a lot of knowledge share on breathing exercises, body flexibility, meditation and a lot more.

It was interesting to know the bases of yoga, the concept of pranayama and the importance of breathing for the practice, the union of body and mind. The meditations helped me to relax and focus my mind to see things from a different perspective

I have a problem with my knee and she was giving me the attention I needed. I also got a book and candle in the goodie bag. My best recommendation to Vico.

It was good to know that this old body could still be moved around. I felt a very positive change in my lung capacity. Meditations was the feeling of body and air makes you feel like you are floating

I started from scratch with hardly knowing or having practiced any yoga, and I am very happy with what I learned and I want to continue learning more and practicing yoga more every day.

I entered this course to establish an exercise routine and also a way to disconnect from the tough situation we are going through. Week by week I have learned more about yoga and meditation. I waited for Wednesdays with expectation and desire.
