I like your classes because you always learn something new. It was interesting to know the bases of yoga, the concept of pranayama and the importance of breathing for the practice, the union of body and mind. The meditations helped me to relax and focus my mind to see things from a different perspective
I also took 2 classes live, one of them being yin/restorative and the props in the studio were being of so much help, I've never been more relaxed in a yoga studio before! But that's not just the props... it's all about how you, Vico, talk to us, and lead us through the poses and whatever emotional things might come up. Vico is not just a yoga instructor. She incorporates both mind and body in every class. She makes sure that the class is on your level, giving alternative options to poses and pays attention to everyone who participated at the course. It was good to know that this old body could still be moved around. I felt a very positive change in my lung capacity. Meditations was the feeling of body and air makes you feel like you are floating
I started from scratch with hardly knowing or having practiced any yoga, and I am very happy with what I learned and I want to continue learning more and practicing yoga more every day. In the meditations in the beginning it was difficult for me to synchronize the breath but little by little I have managed to do it

As one who did the class online (due to being abroad) I really loved the format of Zoom. Though there could be some technical difficulties, it still worked very well! And even though the teacher showed from time to time some more advanced positions, she did give other suggestions to make instead. But all in all it was a lovely experience, and it was great that if you missed a class that you could do it later and watch the recorded version.

What I recommed is to do one module each week and schedule for example 90 minutes the same day of the week for 8 weeks in a row to get the most of your transformation.
90 minutes divided in 30 minutes of theory and 60 minutes of yoga practice
There is a live music yin practice as well.
Then you decide how long you will like to journal on the reflections that will come.
Of course! The course is designed for all levels and minor modifications of certain poses will make them match your exact level.
For 3 months after the purchase. This shows the committment that you will get involved for 8 weeks that you can distribute in those 3 months. I got some people before who bought it and they did not finish it. Therefore I don´t want to be you! If you buy it, you will commit to complete it in the 3 months.
